Working for years at the corporate level we have managed multiple senior living communities in a variety of markets throughout the United States. Trinity begins with a review of architectural plans for compliance with state licensing requirements and offers recommendations for operational efficiency. We use our decades of experience working in all areas of senior housing to help build the community that will best support your new staff and residents.
As communities open, there are many steps that must take place before the first resident moves in. Trinity will develop a list of actions for pre-opening, then assist with execution of the community's critical path to opening.
